Thank you to all the MNA members who nominated an MNA member colleague for one of these prestigious awards. MNA received a record number of nominations this year. Each blinded nomination was carefully reviewed independently by four MNA members. The nominee with the highest score was named the recipient of the award.
This year, within two award categories, Outstanding Nurses Educator and Linde Stierle Exemplary Service, there were two nominees who received the exact same highest score in each of the two categories. That is why there are two award recipients for the Outstanding Nurse Educator and Linda Stierle Exemplary Awards.
MNA is incredibly proud of these thirteen MNA members who were recognized with the 2024 MNA awards and look forward to recognizing even more outstanding MNA members in 2025.
